The Rev. Deacon Susan Page has been a member of St. Luke’s Anglican Church in Regina for over five decades. She was ordained to the vocational diaconate on St. Andrew’s Day, November 30, 2007, and has served at St. Luke’s ever since.
Deacon Susan is employed as a full time faculty member in the Nursing Division of the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, Wascana Campus, a position she has enjoyed for over twenty years.
Deacon Susan enjoys her volunteer work with the Diocese of Qu’Appelle, serving as Chair of the Synod Agenda Committee for the last three Synods. As well, she is a member of several diocesan committees, has been an ACPO assessor for the past three years, and is in her second term on Diocesan Council and Council Executive, and is a member of COOM (Committee on Ordained Ministry). As well, Susan is vice-president of the Association of Anglican Deacons in Canada.
Deacon Susan is committed to her study of the scriptures and prayer using Lectio Divina. She enjoys ongoing studies with the Qu’Appelle School for Mission and Ministry.
