Immanuel Parish Epiphany Service

By Nigel Salway | January 4, 2021

Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We hope you had a Merry Christmas and that you sensed God’s presence this season despite these strange times we find ourselves in.
This year we will celebrate Epiphany virtually. A YouTube video will be posted for January 6, the day the Church celebrates Epiphany. A link to the video will be sent to you in a separate email.
This service is designed for all ages, particularly families, to worship together. There will be activities, music, Scripture readings and reflection.
Please join us. It’s a great way for a family to learn what Epiphany means and how this celebration can strengthen our faith and spiritual lives in these uncertain, tiring and trying times.
Here is a materials list for the service. An adult should be present to help with the activities.
• Candle
• Lighter
• String
• Construction Paper (light colour best)
• Hole Punch
• Scissors
• Marker
We hope God’s blessings be upon you and your family this Epiphany season.
